.Recently, in the ninth antidumping duty administrative review, the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) decided to raise the tax rate imposed on frozen pangasius fillets imported from Vietnam to US$1.20 per kilogram instead of the previous rate of US$0.42 per kilogram. This added further burden to Vietnamese fish producers and exporters.
