The Busan International Seafood Exhibition (BISFE) took place on 3 days from 6 to 11 November 2019 in Busan, South Korea.
One of the top 3 Seafood & Fisheries Trade Fairs in Asia. BISFE has been verified by UFI (The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry). It has been recognized for a promising trade show and also has been approved by Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy for 11 consecutive years from 2008 to 2018. The Place To Exchange New Products and Technologies with Leaders in The Korean and Global Markets
In this BISFE, HHA had many conservations with more than 36 customers at the booth, both parties discussed about products and opportunities for cooperation in the near future.
Through the survey at the Korean market, the products that customers are most interested in are Breaded Shrimp, Menbosa, Tempura Shrimp, Dumpling, Breaded Coconut Butterfly Shrimp … especially Menbosa. Also at this fair two big orders were signed.
Besides, at big supermarkets in Korea such as Emart, Lotte, Home plus, there are many value added products are available: Breaded Shrimp, Spring Roll, Shrimp Burger Cubic, Shrimp Burger, Breaded Shrimp Ball, Fried Rice, Dumpling, especially Dimsum products. They are displayed, tasted and sold more in these supermarkets.
At Busan Expo this year, HHA exhibited many value added products such as Breaded Shrimp, Potato Shrimp, Breaded Octopus, Seafood Spring Roll, Shrimp Burger Cubic, Tempura Shrimp, … Doing tasting samples for visitors during 3 days of the show and most of the visitors enjoyed this activity.
Hopefully, through the BISFE fair, the HHA brand and products will be extended in more markets.
